The Development Officers Induction Training (DOIT) Program has been an ongoing success. Recently was the seventh session with a 3-day workshop for participants across the country. These training have been vital to SEDR’s continuous commitment towards building capacity for the Mediation Boards Commission of Sri Lanka. The SEDR team has been enjoying meeting Development Officers from all over the island and learning about their mediation journeys.
